DescriptionBlebbistatin S enantiomer ((S)-(-)-Blebbistatin) is the S enantiomer of blebbistatin, which is a potent and selective myosin II inhibitor with IC50 of 0.5-5 uM; inhibits contraction of the cleavage furrow without disrupting mitosis or contractile ring assembly, inhibits pancreatic adenocarcinoma cellular invasiveness; inhibits some myosin II-independent processes and that blebbistatin inhibits other activities in the absence of myosin II.
